Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to acquire new business and achieve growth targets
- Identify and research potential clients, sectors, and partnerships to drive new revenue opportunities
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct high-level sales presentations, lead negotiations, and close deals with new clients
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes and refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management
Required
- Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker who can analyse market data and adapt strategies as needed
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling complex sales cycles and engaging with executive-level clients

Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience working with agencies and several high-end brands
- Full clean driving licence
